It started in 2015 as a little fitness class at a church in Virginia Beach, VA. Now FIT Church United is helping people worldwide grow closer to the Lord and better in health simultaneously.
What We Do
Our goal is to make a healthy lifestyle a standard element of Christian culture in America and abroad. We are on a mission to plant 1000 fitness ministries in churches across the US as we fight for the health of believers and the spread of the gospel through fitness ministries. We are dedicated to providing church leaders and people of faith with the tools needed to improve their health and minister to those who are struggling on their health journey. You will find the primary ways we are accomplishing this below.

Workshops and Speaking
Allow our Founder, Mathew Gay, to captivate and uplift your church members, employees, or event attendees. Matthew comes with a fire that moves people to action as well as the knowledge to simultaneously guide people towards Christ and better health. Whether he is teaching his Kingdom Blueprint for Healthy Living or leading the group in a self-reflective discussion, everyone in attendance is guaranteed to leave feeling empowered.
